What is the dress code for the welcome party?

What will be served at the welcome party?

The welcome party will include an open bar and plenty of tacos and heavy appetizers!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

The dress code for the wedding is formal. This means suits and ties for men, and midi or floor-length dresses for women. All of the events will take place in a garden with grass and gravel so please wear footwear you'll feel most comfortable in. See our Attire Board here for inspiration.

How do I get to the wedding weekend events?

We will be offering shuttle pickups from Solage, Indian Springs and Calistoga Motor Lodge on both Friday and Saturday. Ubers and taxis are also available to the welcome party but we recommend planning ahead as wait times can vary! All guests are required to take the provided transportation to the wedding venue and after party, as there is no parking available.

Is there parking at the shuttle pickup locations?

Solage: Complimentary valet and self-parking available.
Calistoga Motor Lodge: Free self-parking and street parking nearby.
Indian Springs: Parking for hotel guests only—please use Uber/Lyft to this pickup location.

What is the dress code for the brunch?

Casual attire, come as you are. Please wear something you would be comfortable wearing at a picnic, as we'll have a mix of tables, casual lounge and picnic style seating on the lawn.

What will be served at the welcome party?

We’ll be enjoying breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt & granola, and fruit. A coffee and tea cart will be available with specialty beverages. Come hungry!

Are children invited?

While we love all the children in our lives, our ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any exceptions. We can't wait to see the kids at the welcome party and brunch!
